The Alchemy™

A day of
guided
co-creation.

What you get
Clear direction. A plan. Work you can use.A design direction, a strategic plan with an executional brief, and the deliverables we agree to create for your branding, marketing or business challenge.
What you experience
One focused day, guided by Ferdaus.Five to six hours in our workshop with me and our alchemists. We talk over coffee or tea, agree on the direction, build, break for lunch and review the work together — with my guidance throughout.
Let’s find a day

Bring what you know.
Discover what’s possible.

You bring the ambition, the knowledge and the challenge. I bring a fresh perspective and the experience to guide the decisions. Our alchemists bring the work to life. For one focused day, we put it all together. What would you like to move forward?

Make it easier for people to understand you.

You know there’s something valuable in what you do. But the identity, the message or the way you show up doesn’t quite express it. More content won’t resolve that on its own.

We get underneath the surface: what you stand for, who you need to reach, and what they need to understand. Then we explore a look, feel and message that belong together.

So the next website, post or piece of collateral starts from a shared direction.

Give all that activity a direction.

A website over here. Social posts over there. A campaign that needs to launch. You’re doing things, but it’s hard to see how they’re moving the business towards the same goal.

We lay out the pieces, agree on the outcome and work backwards. What needs to connect? What should happen first? Which deliverable would make the next step possible?

So your effort goes into a sequence you can explain, rather than another isolated task.

Turn the ambition into a next move.

You can picture a better future for the business. Between here and there are decisions, competing priorities and work that never seems to get the uninterrupted attention it needs.

We articulate the challenge together, identify the hurdles and map the milestones. Then we choose a starting point and put the alchemists to work while you’re in the room.

So you can respond to something tangible and leave knowing what happens next.

These are starting points, not boxes you need to fit into. Bring the challenge as you see it.

You know your business.
Let’s discover what it could become.

Work directly with me.
Make decisions together.

I help you define the problem, evaluate the options and decide what to do next. You have an experienced branding and marketing guide beside you as the work develops.

I’ll lead our conversation, help articulate the challenge and walk through the strategy with you. When the work comes back, we’ll look at it together. I’ll help you make sense of the choices, give direction and connect the decisions to the bigger picture.

Our alchemists experiment, build and refine around us. You bring the knowledge only you have about your business. We bring that knowledge into the work, throughout the day.

You don’t have to work it all out before you arrive.
That’s what we’re here to do together.

See the direction.
Know the plan.

We turn our conversation into three connected parts: a design direction you can see, a strategy that maps the route to your goal, and an executional brief that sets out the work. We review them together before moving into the bigger deliverables.

Your design direction. How the solution will look and feel

Your design direction. How the solution will look and feel

The alchemists bring a couple of possible directions to the table. The look and feel gives you a tangible sense of the solution: how it could appear, how it could feel and what your identity might need.

We can respond to something in front of us. What feels right? What’s missing? What doesn’t fit the people you’re trying to reach?

So we can refine the idea before building everything around it.

Your strategic plan. The goal, the milestones and the hurdles

Your strategic plan. The goal, the milestones and the hurdles

We recap and clearly articulate the problem, then connect it to the desired future state we discussed. The plan maps the milestones that bring us closer, the boundaries and hurdles between them, and how we intend to cross them.

We go through this together. Alignment is the moment the opening conversation becomes a shared understanding of the challenge and the way forward.

So you know why we’re doing the work, and how each step serves the goal.

Your executional brief. The practical work within the strategy

Your executional brief. The practical work within the strategy

Within the strategic plan sits the executional brief. This is the tactical deployment plan: what needs to start happening for those milestones to be reached.

We translate direction into priorities, a practical sequence and an agreed starting point. Strategy and execution stay connected.

So the vision has somewhere concrete to begin.

Your Alchemy day.
From idea to action.

Five to six hours. One shared focus. Walk through the day below — from the first cup to the work you take away. We make the decisions together; the alchemists develop the work around us.

01 / 07

Coffee first. Then the real conversation.

We welcome you into our workshop and brew a cup of coffee or tea. Settle in with me, away from the interruptions of a normal working day. This is time to give your business your full attention.

Tell me what’s happening, what keeps getting in the way and the future you want to create. You don’t need a polished brief. We’ll get to the real branding, marketing or business challenge together.

You leave the opening conversation with a problem we both understand.

02 / 07

See the first possibilities.

Our alchemists work with what we’ve discussed, experiment and bring a couple of directions to the table. You begin to see how the solution could look and feel, including early identity refinements where they fit the challenge.

We explore what resonates and what needs to change. Your knowledge of the business helps us judge the options while they are still easy to shape.

You have something tangible to respond to, while the conversation is still fresh.

03 / 07

Agree on where we’re going.

We walk through the strategic plan together: the problem, your desired future, the milestones that move us closer and the hurdles we need to cross. Within that strategy, the executional brief sets out what needs to happen first.

This is the alignment point. You and I see the same challenge from the same point of view. We agree on the priorities and the work we’ll take forward in this session.

You understand what we’re making, why it matters and how we’ll judge it.

04 / 07

Build it. Shape it together.

With the direction agreed, our alchemists begin the work. Deliverables come back to the table for us to review: perhaps identity refinements, website pages, content or a piece of marketing collateral.

You comment and ask questions as we go. I help you evaluate the choices and turn your feedback into clear direction, always returning to the problem and the milestone we agreed on.

Your feedback shapes the work, with an experienced guide beside you.

05 / 07

Break for lunch. Let the work develop.

When we move into deeper production, we order lunch and give the alchemists room to concentrate. A website, functional mechanism, video, substantial identity refinement or detailed literature may need that uninterrupted stretch.

The pause is part of the session’s rhythm. We’ve given the work its direction; now we allow time for it to develop before we look at it again.

You get a break while the agreed work moves forward.

06 / 07

Come back. Review. Refine.

After lunch, we return to what’s ready. We look at the results together, discuss what’s working and identify the refinements that matter most.

I help you weigh the decisions against the strategy. We make the next round of changes with a shared understanding of the outcome, keeping the scope and the day’s endpoint in view.

You see the progress, understand the choices and help shape the result.

07 / 07

Take the work forward.

At the agreed endpoint, we walk through the deliverables and the thinking behind them. We make clear what’s ready, what still needs action and any access, approval or setup dependencies.

You can take it forward with your team, arrange another Alchemy date, or keep us engaged for subsequent milestones with monthly updates from your alchemists.

You leave with usable work, context and a clear next step.

Agree on the problem.
Agree on the direction.

Before we commit to the bigger deliverables, we check that you and I share the same understanding of the challenge, the intended result and the priorities. That shared understanding guides the decisions we make as we build.

An illustration of the work we do together: turning different perspectives into a direction we both understand.

A direction becomes
something you can use.

Your priorities determine the work. Explore this example journey to see what each deliverable includes, what it helps you do, and how it connects to the next step.

An illustrative journey, not a fixed package or a promise to complete every item in one day. We agree on the priorities, depth and endpoint for your session together.

A look & feel you can build on.

Your brand starts to become tangible: the visual direction, the tone and the elements that need refining. We review how it feels against the challenge and the people you want to reach.

A shared creative direction gives the next pieces something to follow.

Possible work
Design direction · identity refinements · review notes

What we’re working towards
1

What should people understand?

2

What should they feel?

3

What needs to be consistent?

Every piece has a purpose.

A place for the story to work.

A website can bring the positioning, identity and intended visitor action together. We work through what it needs to say, how it should flow and what needs to function.

It gives your audience somewhere to go — and a clearer reason to take the next step.

Possible work
Page structure · design and build · agreed functionality

What we’re working towards
1

Understand the offer

2

See why it matters

3

Know what to do next

Every piece has a purpose.

A plan for showing up.

Social profiles, content planning and a calendar make the direction usable beyond the website. We work out the themes, the rhythm and what each piece of content is meant to do.

You can see what you’re saying, where you’re saying it and why it belongs there.

Possible work
Profile setup · content themes · content calendar

What we’re working towards
1

Explain what you do

2

Build understanding

3

Invite a conversation

Every piece has a purpose.

Something ready to put out.

The content plan begins to take visual form as static or image-based posts. We look at the message and creative together, then give the alchemists specific feedback.

The calendar becomes work you can actually review, refine and prepare to publish.

Possible work
Image-based creative · captions or supporting copy · refinements

What we’re working towards
1

One clear message

2

A recognisable visual language

3

A useful next action

Every piece has a purpose.

Let people see who you are.

A corporate or brand video can creatively explain who you are and what you do. Alongside it, an ad creative can give you something to prepare for a campaign. Story, format and production depth shape the scope.

Your story has a form people can watch, understand and respond to.

Possible work
Brand film · story and creative direction · ad creative

What we’re working towards
1

Who are you?

2

What do you make possible?

3

Why should someone care?

Every piece has a purpose.

Connect the work to the world.

We connect the relevant pieces: publishing through Metricool, Facebook and Facebook Ads setup, and checking that the ad payment method is in place. Access, permissions and account readiness are part of this milestone.

The assets, channels and tools can work together. You know what is ready, what needs your approval and what is still outstanding.

Possible work
Publishing connections · ad account setup · payment readiness

What we’re working towards
1

Channels connected

2

Access and permissions checked

3

Payment setup reviewed

Every piece has a purpose.

Account connections and launches depend on the right access, permissions, approvals and payment setup. We’ll make those dependencies visible rather than assume everything is ready.

Illustration of three alchemists walking a path of milestones towards an open cobalt arch.
Your first milestone.
A path to what comes next.

The day ends.
The journey is yours.

At handover, we review the agreed deliverables, explain what’s ready and identify the remaining actions. You can continue with your own team, arrange another session or keep us involved.

Carry it forward.

Take the agreed work and the thinking behind it back into your business. We walk through where we’ve landed, what’s ready and the next actions, so you can move on with context.

Make another date.

Schedule another Alchemy session when you’re ready for the next stretch. It could mean deeper refinements, a bigger deliverable or the next milestone on the plan.

Keep us alongside.

Keep me and the team engaged as you move from milestone to milestone, with monthly updates from your alchemists. We’ll discuss the scope and arrangement together.

A few things
you might be wondering.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Bring the challenge as you understand it, and the future you want to work towards. The opening conversation is there to help us define the problem and find a useful direction together.

Will all of those deliverables happen in one session?

Will all of those deliverables happen in one session?

The examples show how a journey could connect. Your session has an agreed scope and endpoint, shaped by your priorities, the depth of the work and what is ready to begin. Larger ambitions can extend into another Alchemy day or an ongoing engagement.

What do I actually do during the day?

What do I actually do during the day?

You take part. We talk, review possible directions, align on the strategy and respond to the work as it develops. You contribute your knowledge and feedback; I guide the decisions and the alchemists build and refine.

What should I bring?

What should I bring?

A willingness to give the day your attention. Existing brand materials, examples of what’s working or not working, and a sense of your priorities can help our conversation. We’ll discuss any specific materials or account access needed for the agreed scope beforehand.

Where does it happen, and how long should I set aside?

Where does it happen, and how long should I set aside?

We welcome you to our premises — our lab or workshop — for an in-person session of approximately five to six hours. Coffee or tea starts the conversation; lunch fits into the deeper production work. We’ll confirm the practical details when we arrange the day.

How do we agree on the fee and the date?

How do we agree on the fee and the date?

Use “Let’s find a day” to visit the contact page and book a conversation. We’ll discuss your challenge, the intended scope, the fee and availability before confirming an Alchemy session.

Bring your challenge.
Let’s work on it together.

Tell me what you want to achieve. We’ll discuss the scope, fee and availability, then agree on a day to work together.
